1. Terms of Use

Access and use of proptransact.com are subject to these terms. By browsing our website, you accept these conditions without reservation.

2. Service Terms

proptransact provides tailored support for real estate transactions and document solutions for clients in Canada.

Quotes are complimentary and valid for 15 days. Any order is deemed confirmed after written acceptance and either full or partial payment as stated.

3. Payment Methods

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card through our secure platform.
A 50% deposit is required when the quote is confirmed.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, any service started or scheduled cannot be refunded, as per Consumer Protection Act, article 40, paragraph 2, point a.

If cancellation occurs before the service begins, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days prior: 80% of the deposit will be refunded.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

proptransact is not liable for delays or errors caused by third parties or unforeseen events. Our support is based on the information provided and current legal frameworks.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of proptransact. Reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

7. Disputes and Applicable Law

In case of dispute, amicable mediation will be preferred. Failing agreement, only the courts of Calgary (Canada) will be competent. Canadian law applies.
